Cleveland Browns Training Center
The Cleveland Browns Indoor Turf Training Facility was in need of replacement and the organization turned to The Motz Group team to provide a full turnkey replacement of the existing surface. The project included planning the new design of the field, and a development of a high-performance National Football League (MFL) infilled synthetic turf system. Along with that, removal of the existing surface was warranted, as well as the installation of a brand-new NFL-compliant system. The project had a budget of nearly $500,000 and required a detailed construction approach, as the club had additional plans for other initiatives inside the facility. Motz put together a plan including multiple mobilizations to facilitate those efforts, and ultimately delivered a brand-new playing surface in under ten days from beginning of carpet installation.
