Motz, a leader in sports field design, construction, products, and services, is pleased to announce Chris Larbes, PE, LEED AP as the new Vice President of Sales.  

As VP of Sales, Chris will lead the construction and products sales teams, with a focus on strategic growth initiatives across the organization, fostering customer relationships, and expanding Motz’s market presence in key regions. Chris’s role will emphasize product and system innovation, team development, and delivering the high standards Motz is known for in field performance and customer service.  

Chris began his career in the synthetic turf industry as a Civil Engineer, specializing in sports field project design. He joined Motz in 2010 as a member of the Envirofill sales team. Chris then spent over a decade as a Field Consultant for the sports field construction sector of the business, building client relationships and establishing trust with field owners, designers, and other athletic stakeholders. Most recently, Chris served as Director of Sales, leading the natural and synthetic construction business development team and contributing to significant revenue growth and field installation milestones.

His strategic leadership across the field construction and infill business development teams will enhance the organization’s capabilities and strengthen the commitment to delivering exceptional service.
