THE MOTZ GROUP PRIVACY NOTICE

The Motz Group installs and maintains synthetic turf and natural grass fields (our “Services”) and we own and operate the website located at www.themotzgroup.com  (our “Site”). Before accessing or using the Site, please read this Privacy Notice (the “Privacy Notice” or “Notice”) as well as our Terms of Use.

This Notice sets forth our practices for handling the information we collect from or about you. Generally, we collect, return, use and disclose your information for business purposes, that you have consented to, as outlined in this Notice. By using our Services or otherwise accessing and using the site, you agree to be bound by this Notice and our Terms of Use. If you do not agree to this Notice, then you may not access our Site or use our Services.

If our privacy practices change, we will post the changes to our Site and revise this Notice accordingly. In addition, if we have collected personal information from you, we will notify you and secure your consent before using your personal information in new ways.

What We Collect

We collect various types of information from our users to provide and improve our Services and our Site.

ACCOUNT/LOG-IN INFORMATION

This includes your name, email address, telephone/mobile numbers, and any passwords you create when setting up a password to access protected portions of the Site, filling in forms, or signing up for marketing emails or text messages.

COMMERCIAL INFORMATION

Records of the products or services you have purchased, obtained, or considered, as well as other purchasing histories or tendencies.

CORRESPONDENCE & COMMUNICATION DATA

Information you provide when you communicate with us via our customer service channels, including emails, phone calls, or messages through our Site. This also includes responses to communications we send and interactions with our social media channels.

When you visit our Site, we automatically collect certain information and store it in log files. This information includes (as applicable) browser type and version, operating system and network, referring/exit pages, date/time stamp, whether you are a new or returning visitor, and frequency of visits. We collect and store this information on an individual basis and in aggregate, or combined, form; and we may sometimes connect it to an individual user’s personal information. As a registered user of our platform who has opted in to receive promotional messages, we may use and otherwise process each of the categories of information identified above for various business purposes, including:

Your consent to receive SMS text messages is limited to The Motz Group’s marketing/advertisements and we will not share your information with business partners for messaging purposes outside of the reasons listed in this Policy. To opt-out of SMS messages from The Motz Group for sales and marketing purposes, such as newsletters, company updates, and customer service notifications, you can reply STOP to a message at any time or contact us at info@themotzgroup.com.

We do not sell any customer information; however, we may share your information with third party service providers in a way that may be considered a sale of your information under applicable U.S. Privacy Laws. For instance:

• We share your information with third party vendors and services providers who provide services to us for a variety of business purposes, such as payment processing, customer services, e-mail deployment, advertising, marketing, security, performance monitoring, maintaining or serving accounts, and processing or fulfilling orders and transactions;

By using our Site and Services, you consent to our use of Cookies and other similar technologies. Facebook Pixel, is a similar web analytics service offered by Facebook that tracks and reports conversions from Facebook ads, and help us tailor advertisements to our Site users. HotJar is a third-party tool used to record visitor sessions on our Site. A session recording allows us to track a visitor’s browser and device type, mouse movements and clicks, form completions, and key site events. We use this data to further optimize the look, function and content of our site and improve your shopping experience. “Do Not Track” Signals.

We do not currently have the capability to recognize browser “Do Not Track” signals. We adhere to the standards set forth in this Policy.

RETENTION & SECURITY

We only retain information for as long as reasonably necessary, and for the purposes set out herein, and in accordance with applicable law. The security of your personal information is important to us. From time to time, the Site may direct you to other websites (“Linked Sites”) that are not owned by us, even though they provide goods or services related to our Services.
